Salesforce Application is incorporated with IT Support application through application access key.
Node js application facilitates 6500 employees and equipped with RDS database. This application UI form submission is formatted in the middleware as that of CRM payload struture and is utilized by Salesforce CRM service cloud module to create cases.
RDS is feed the form esstentials, user info, audit log etc. Once case is created in salesforce, it is taken care by the Salesfoce Admin and case management process workflow is taken place.
